Sampling & Development

In Esperanza we believe that Development process is the core of the garment industry. Here the products gain their character & soul. Our development starts with sourcing of yarns and going through knitting techniques and finally the execution of perfect samples. We Believe that Innovation will never stop and offering new ideas, techniques, designs to our customers is one of our major commitments towards our customers.

Pattern & Cutting Departments

Best fabric consumption, efficient pattern layout are the main goals for the pattern department. In order to achieve that we insure to use the most updated pattern software, the appropriate cutting techniques and machinery.

Quality Control

  • Adjusting quality standards conformity to the client's requirements and guide them to each production process & department.
  • Setting SOPs for preparatory processes & production to obtain first time quality at each process.
  • Improve MIS for quality recording & measurements.
  • Monitor the product quality through the diverse production stages.
  • Training newly hired quality personnel in accordance with Esperanza quality polices and how to use quality tools such as check-lists, questionnaires, inspection procedures.

Customer Service and Merchandising

Our main target is to build up strong relationship with customers by high quality services and solutions in addition to the overall responsibility for the efficient operations and execution of all activities for the placed orders and collaborate with cross functional business partners.
